Privacy statement

For users of our client-facing systems, your employer is the data controller and we are processing the data supplied by your employer and you to meet the terms of the contract that we have with that organisation.  We will only process the data in accordance with the contracts that we have with our clients and hold that data for as long as required by those contracts.  If you have any questions about the data, what we hold, the requirements of the GDPR in relation to your data, or how your data is being used, please contact your employer’s HR team.

For users of this website and those who sign up for our mailing list, we will retain your information to send you updates on news, resources and information which we believe reflect the interest that you have shown in our services.  We will not pass on your data to any third parties.  For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR, the data controller for this data is ETS (see “Who we are” above).  If you have any questions about your data, or wish you have your data deleted from our databases, please contact us at: info@etsplc.com.

The Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR give you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act.  Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Your information
